The shooting for TVB new drama (香港人在北京) will take place at Ningbo, Beijing and Hong Kong. The cast team members including Ruco Chan (陳展鵬), Jinny Ng (吳若希) and James Ng (吳業坤) are currently in quarantine in Mainland. Previously, Ruco expressed he chose to work in Hong Kong in order to witness his daughter, Quinta’s growing up process. Quinta is currently 3 year old and he takes his wife and daughter along to Mainland: “Earlier, I turned down many invitations in overseas and agree to do it this time. Quinta will be going to kindergarten in a few months time and I plan to take this opportunity to take her out. My wife can also visit her relatives as it is hard to travel during the pandemic. Hence, I take them along for my first trip.”
When asked if Ruco was interested to join Chinese variety shows since they will be staying over there for 3 months, Ruco replied it did not cross his mind: “My top priority is to play my role well. It is my first collaboration with the cast team and hopefully we will establish good rapports and bring entertainments to the audiences. (You cannot promote your new series, Childhood in a Capsule (童時愛上你) personally?) I have confidence in Samantha Ko (高海寧) and Owen Cheung (張振朗) and this series is considered the fastest to air.”
